Sr Adv Arvind Datar mentions matter pertaining to vacancies in Tribunals.

CJI: one issue AG circulated an email, acc to him all vacancies are filed except some Green Tribunal, Armed Forces, NCLT.

Datar: Our SC following Madras Bar Association says it has to be 5 years theyve made it 4 years

Bench: then well have to constitute 5 judge bench

Datar: Whats surprising is SC struck down ordinance, but then identical provisions are made.

Datar: Court may say that in appointment of Judges dont put whichever is earlier.

Bench: Ill list it. List on 24th March
