Supreme Court is hearing EDs plea against Bombay High Courts order granting bail to Deepak Kochhar, husband of ex-ICICI Bank CEO Chanda Kochhar, an accused in the multi-crore ICICI Bank-Videocon money laundering case.

SG Tushar Mehta: This is against regular bail, i know the limitations. Notice and tagging is the request Im making. The matter be tagged with PMLA matter in which question of section 45 of PMLA Act is under consideration

CJI: Well give a date, argue before us, well decide the matter.

SG: That is entirely your Lordships discretion but this very question is being taken up..

CJI: We are also entitled to hear. Post before us. Post in January.
