[Unnao Rape Case] Delhi HC is hearing the bail application of former BJP legislator Kuldeep Singh Sengar.

Unnao Rape Case Delhi HC Kuldeep Singh Sengar

Delhi High Court is hearing the bail application of former BJP legislator Kuldeep Singh Sengar.
He was convicted by a special CBI court for the rape of the minor girl and is serving life sentence.

A Divison Bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and Rajnish Bhatnagar is hearing the matter.

Court is informed that an application under Section 391 CrPC has also been moved seeking additional evidence that is necessary to prosecute the appeal against sentence.

J Mridul dictates order. 

Let notices be issued to the CBI and the victim. Returnable on May 25.
