Two new Women Judges appointed at Delhi High Court

Women Judges Delhi High Court

The Centre Government has notified appointment of two new women judges to the Delhi High Court.

The two Judicial Officers namely Poonam A. Bamba and Swarana Kanta Sharma have been appointed as per the recommendation by Supreme Court Collegium. 

The total number of women judges at the Delhi High Court has now reached to 9 whereas the total strength jumped to 36 as against sanctioned 60.
