The Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) is organising the 5th ICA International Conference on “Arbitration in the Era of Globalization” on April 10–11, 2026, at the Auditorium, 6th Floor, S-Block, High Court of Delhi. The conference will focus on Legal Technology, Economic Development & Cross-Border Disputes, bringing together leading jurists, policymakers, international arbitration experts, and corporate counsel from across the globe.

The conference is being organised by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), one of India’s premier arbitral institutions. The event is being led by Mr. Arun Chawla, Director General, ICA & Former Director General, FICCI, and Dr. N. G. Khaitan, President, ICA & Senior Partner, Khaitan & Co., who are playing a key role in conceptualising and executing this flagship international conference. ICA has been instrumental in promoting institutional arbitration in India and facilitating both domestic and international dispute resolution. Through this conference, it aims to create a robust platform for dialogue on emerging trends, challenges, and innovations in arbitration.

The conference will be graced by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Surya Kant, Chief Justice of India, as the Chief Guest.
