In A First, Bar Council Of Rajasthan Constructs ‘Advocate Bhawan’ For Advocates And Their Families [Read Letter]

The Bar Council of Rajasthan, in a first, has established an ‘Advocate Bhawan’ in Jaipur, Rajasthan to provide comfortable accommodation facility to advocates and their families coming from outside Jaipur.

The Bar Council in this regard issued a letter dated April 22, 2019, informing all the Bar Associations that on April 13, 2019, in the presence of the Chairman of the Bar Council of Rajasthan, Shri Chiranji Lal Saini, the Advocate Bhawan has been made functional after the culmination of the rituals.

As per the letter, the Advocate Bhawan is situated near secretariat, Rajasthan High Court and the Vidhan Sabha and it is not far from the railway station and the bus stand.

To provide a comfortable stay, the Advocate Bhawan has air-conditioned rooms, furnished balcony, TV, geyser for hot water, internet etc. The entire building is secured by CCTV cameras.

The charges for stay on per day basis are:-

AC room double bed – Rs 700

Additional person – Rs 200 (per person)

Dormitory bed with wardrobe – Rs 150

For the purpose of stay, the advocates are required to submit the original copy of the letter of introduction issued by the Bar Council of Rajasthan or the Bar Association.
