Collegium Recommends Justice Ravindra Bhat as CJ of Rajasthan HC

The Supreme Court collegium in a meeting held on December 12, 2018, has recommended the appointment of Delhi High Court judge, JusticeS. Ravindra Bhat as Chief Justice of Rajasthan High Court.

Justice Bhat was appointed an Additional judge of Delhi High Court in 2004 and was made a permanent judge in 2006.

The decision came pursuant to the Supreme Court collegium recommendation to elevate the present Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court, Justice Pradeep Nandrajog to the Supreme Court.
