Delhi High Court Issues Order Regarding Posting/Transfer Of Members Of Delhi Higher Judicial Service [Read Order]

The Delhi High Court on May 29, 2019, issued an order to make postings/transfers of 7 judicial officers in the Delhi Higher Judicial Services.

As per the order, the postings/transfers will come into effect from June 1, 2019.

Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Honble Judges of this Court have been pleased to make following posting/transfer in the Delhi Higher Judicial Service with effect from 01.06.2019, the order reads.

The judicial officers mentioned are:-

  1. Sujata Kohli
  2. Sanjay Sharma-I
  3. Narinder Kumar
  4. Pawan Kumar Jain
  5. Ajay Kumar Jain
  6. Dig Vinay Singh
  7. Sudesh Kumar-II

The judicial officers that are mentioned in the list will be under the control of the District & Sessions Judge of the District to which they have been allocated.
