DHCBA Election 2019: Canvassing In Any Form Is Prohibited From Now Onwards

Due to the increasing level of unauthorized solicitation of voters, the Election Committee of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) has put a complete ban on canvassing in any form in the upcoming elections.

The ban that has been imposed in terms of the Model Code of Conduct for DHCBA Election 2019, refrains the candidates from sending bulk messages and distributing any kind of campaign material for the purpose of soliciting votes.

Any violation of the said Model Code of Conduct would attract stern action by the Election Committee.
