DHCBA President N Hariharan Shares Vision for Young Advocates in Exclusive Interaction with LawStreet Journal

New Delhi: In an exclusive interaction with LawStreet Journal, Shri N. Hariharan, President of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, outlined his progressive vision to strengthen the professional landscape for young advocates. Emphasizing the importance of nurturing the next generation of legal professionals, Shri Hariharan reaffirmed his commitment to improving infrastructure and cultivating a more inclusive and supportive environment for young lawyers.

“My vision is to strengthen the foundation for young advocates by creating better infrastructure and a supportive atmosphere that encourages learning, growth, and professional dignity,” he stated.

Mr. Hariharan addressed several challenges faced by new entrants in the legal field, such as inadequate facilities, the absence of mentorship,

 and limited professional exposure. He underscored the need for bar leadership to remain accessible and proactive in resolving these issues.

With a strong belief in empowering young legal minds, Mr. Hariharan emphasized that the Bar Association must act both as a guardian and guide for its youngest members. His leadership embodies a firm commitment to reform, progress, and meaningful support within the legal community.
