Judge Dies In Accident Person Travelling In Same Car

A Judge posted in the Court of Judicial Magistrate first-class in Badamalehara, Chhatarpur, died in a road accident on April 2 , 2022  Saturday night.

Another Judge & one more person travelling in the same car were injured seriously.

Judge Rishi Kumar Tiwari died on the spot while Judge Ashish Matharia, posted in the same Court, survived with serious injuries.

They were travelling 50 kilometres from Badamalehara to Chhatarpur when their car collided with a tractor-trolley parked on the side of the road near Matgua village on the Chhatarpur-Sagar state highway around 9 p.m.

 

Car driver Shailandra Singh Dinker said, 

I couldnt spot the trolley as a truck was coming from the opposite direction. He sustained severe injuries to his face.

As per the statement of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Shashank Jain

Tiwari died on the spot, while Mathoria and Ram Dinkar, who was driving the car, were seriously injured.

 Deputy Superintendent of Poilce said that after first aid at Chhatarpur District Hospital, Mathoria and Dinkar were referred to a private hospital in Gwalior.
