NCLT Delhi Closed For 2 Days After Staff Member Tests COVID Positive

The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi bench on 16th November 2020announced that it will remain shut for 2 days until 18.11.2020 as one of its staff members had tested positive for Covid-19. 

The notice was issued by the Registrar of the NCLT bench Shiv Ram Bairwa said that with the due approval of the Acting President of the NCLT bench.  

it had been decided that virtual hearing of urgent cases would continue in the meantime, and all staff would be working from home during the said period.
