Orissa High Court Announces the Launch of it's Telegram Channel for Providing Info on Cause Lists, Circulars, Notices, etc. [READ PRESS RELEASE]

The Orissa High Court announced the launch of an official Telegram channel on Wednesday( July, 14, 2021), which will allow Advocates and litigants to share information in real time. The Telegram channel is expected to go live on July 19, 2021.

The Telegram channel can be found at https://t.me/OrissaHighCourt, and the app can be found in any Google Play or Apple Store.

The channel would give all stakeholders real-time, instant access to information about the Court's events, circulars, notices, press releases, cause-lists, and so on.

"Subscribers to the Court's channel can stay up to date on the aforementioned categories of information without having to visit the Court's website frequently or during times when the website's services are inaccessible for any reason.Any information about the High Court of Orissa published or shared on the Telegram channel would automatically notify the subscriber (if so opted for by the subscriber via notification option).

 This will help the Court's efforts to make official information available online through the convenience of personal handheld devices almost as soon as it is published, according to the notification.

The Chief Justice of Karnataka High Court launched a similar Telegram channel last week.
