Rajasthan HC, Subordinate Courts to function through virtual mode for two more weeks, interim orders and limitation period extended [READ NOTIFICATION]

In the view of lockdown and restrictions imposed in Rajasthan from May 4 to May 17, and considering the extreme situation, the Rajasthan HC on Sunday, 2nd May, 2021, stated that Rajasthan HC at Jodhpur and Jaipur Bench would continue to function from May 4 to May 17, 2021 in virtual mode. The same order goes for the subordinate courts as well.

"Interim orders shall remain extended till next extended date. Personal presence of accused persons before the HC in Appeals and Revisions stands exempted till 17th May," the notification read.

Similarly as per the directions of the honble Supreme Court, the interim period has also been extended till further orders.
