Orissa High Court, Subordinate Courts to Remain Closed for Summer Vacations from May 3 To June 5, 2021 [READ NOTIFICATION]

Subordinate Courts to Remain Closed

Due to an unusual hike in covid 19 pandemic, Orissa high court decided to commence the summer vacation from May 3 which was going to start from 24th may and will continue till 5th June 2021.

Similarly, the summer vacations of the subordinate court will commence from May 3, 2021, which was going to start from 24th may and will continue till June 5, 2021.

During the vacation, High Court and Subordinate courts will work in virtual mode.

The High Court and Subordinate court will reopen on June 7, 2021.

In other related news, the Madras High Court and its Bench at Madurai will be starting their summer vacation from May 1, 2021, till May 31, 2021.

Also, Madhya Pradesh high court and its subordinate court are starting their summer vacation from May 10,2021 to June 4, 2021.

The Telangana High Court is starting their Summer Vacation from 3rd May to 31st May 2021. 

However, a notice was issued regarding this matter, expressing that vacation seats will be sitting for the specified period for hearing issues as referenced in the schedule. 

Considering the recent surge in Covid 19 cases all through the Country, the National Green Tribunal has changed its schedule for summer vacations as well. The Competent Authority of the NGT has made plans to prepone the summer vacations from 19th April to 18th May from the prior informed timetable of 1st to 30th June, 2021.
