The former president of India, Shree Pranab Mukherjee, was admitted to the Army’s Research and Referral Hospital cantonment in Delhi on August 10 and was being operated for the removal of the clot from his brain.
He has also tested Corona positive, due to which he developed a lung infection and is currently being treated for the same as well. He is under the supervision of health specialists and his health parameters are being closely monitored at the hospital.
On Friday, the hospital said that there is no change in his health condition, and he is hemodynamically stable and is on the ventilator support.
The hospital said in a statement, “The medical condition of Shree Pranab Mukherjee remains the same. He is being treated for a lung infection and continues to be on ventilatory support. His vital parameters are stable, and he is on ventilatory support.”
What Is Hemodynamically Stability?
Hemodynamic stability is the term used to describe stable blood flow. When it is said that someone is hemodynamically stable, it means the blood pressure and heart rate of that person are stable. As the name suggests, hemodynamically instability means the instability in the blood pressure, which can lead to inadequate blood flow to the organs.
