Sr Adv Pinky Anand mentions the plea by a Muslim woman challenging the practice of Talaq e Hasan

Anand: 2 notices have been sent to me.

SC: why under Article 32?

Anand: Talaq E Hasan has three notices. First notice was on April 19 and last one was on May 19.  

SC: there is no urgency. We will have this after the vacations

Anand: By that time everything will be over and third talaq will be given. It is about a women being abused

Justice Chandrachud: There is no urgency in this. Let us have this after vacations. You wait for a period after first notice and then come here

Anand persists: please wait milord. Everything will be over. The third talaq will be done

SC: mention again next week then

Anand: Please mention this in order milord

SC: There is no urgency in this. You can wait. You mention again next week. Let's see.

Justice DY Chandrachud observes that there is no urgency to list the plea by a woman challenging the practice of Talaq E Hasan. Questions why "under Article 32.". Allows plea to be again mentioned next week.
