Delhi High Court Bar Association To Go To Poll Today

The Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) is set to go to poll today (May 17, 2019).

As per the latest eligible voter list on the High Court website, around 6000 lawyers will cast their votes to elect their preferred candidates for several posts in the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

This time, due to the increasing level of unauthorized solicitation of voters, the Election Committee of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) in accordance to the Model Code of Conduct for DHCBA Election 2019, has put a complete ban on canvassing in any form. Therefore, refraining all the candidates from sending bulk messages and distributing any kind of campaign material for the purpose of soliciting votes.

As per sources, the voting is likely to begin at 10 am and go on till 5 pm.

In this DHCBA Election, the members will also have a choice to select NOTA as their choice.

Below are the candidates contesting for various posts.
