High Court Location Does Not Determine Arbitration Seat: SC

The Supreme Court clarified the distinction between the place where proceedings are conducted and the juridical seat of arbitration. The Court held that the mere location of a High Court or the court exercising supervisory jurisdiction does not, by itself, determine the seat of arbitration.
